Open House Mini Classes & Private Sessions

Our Open House mini classes and private lessons are short, approachable introductions designed to help you experience our space, our teachers, and the movement systems we use every day. These 25-minute sessions are welcoming, friendly, and intentionally low-pressure—no prior experience required.

This is your opportunity to explore meet our team, learn more about our methods, try the equipment, and decide whether CORE feels like the right fit for you. We will have team members available to answer questions and one-day-only special offers on introductory packages, memberships and retail.
